Your impact:

• Lead the entire audimexAGILE implementation process for diverse international clients, ensuring seamless integration and rollout.
• Analyze client needs and business processes to design and tailor software solutions.
• Configure, integrate, and document software installations and module deployments.
• Deliver impactful user training sessions and workshops, driving smooth onboarding processes and high adoption rates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, offering expert troubleshooting and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, support, and development teams to ensure continuous service improvement.
• Manage project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. We explicitly welcome lateral entrants.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to present, train, and document in a clear and engaging manner.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German; other languages are an asset.
• Comfortable collaborating in remote, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinker and proactive problem-solver, able to structure your work independently.
• Experience with IT platforms such as Salesforce, Office 365, Jira, and Confluence.

What Sets You Apart

• Hands-on experience in software implementation, IT consulting, or project management - ideally in the governance, audit, or compliance space.
• Basic programming skills (preferably C#) and confidence with web-based software.
• Solid understanding of internal audit processes and compliance frameworks.
