Your impact:

As our Sales Manager in DACH area, you'll own the full sales cycle of our Audit Software Solution - from the first conversation to contract signing. Your responsibilities will mainly include the consultative sales process, helping clients understand and implement complex software solutions:

• Own the full sales cycle : From prospecting and qualification to discovery calls, product demos, proposals, and closing deals.
• Play in the Team : Bring a team-first mindset and work seamlessly with your sales colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Build strategic relationships : Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Consulting, and Key Account Management to ensure alignment and maximize pipeline growth.
• Deliver results : Accurately forecast and report sales performance using CRM tools and continuously work to exceed targets.
• Be a trusted advisor : Understand customer challenges and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.

Your profile:

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the software or SaaS industry
• ln-depth understanding of the DACH market and its cultural buying behaviors
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to see the big picture
• Creative and highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
